Program Aims and Learning Outcomes |
On completion of the MBA-PgD Occupational Psychology program, candidates will be expected to have achieved the following program learning outcomes –
Knowledge: 1. Specialized knowledge of advanced principles and practices underpinning key facets of business operations and occupational psychology.
2. Advanced cross-domain knowledge pertaining to the effective functioning of organizations, contextualized to local and international business environments.
3. Detailed knowledge of cutting-edge business research principles and techniques
4. Ability to use the knowledge gained from the program to model, evaluate and solve complex business problems, constructing viable and effective solutions in the process.
Skills: 5. Advanced critical thinking, analysis and research skills, suitable for dealing with complex business issues, and solving a range of business problems.
6. High-level cognitive skills for integrating knowledge and acting creatively, effectively and decisively in a variety of business settings, using business tools, information technology and other resources at their disposal.

Admission Requirements | To be eligible for admission onto the Graduate MBA Program, the applicant will need to have completed one of the following –
· A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology or Business Administration, with a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale, or its established equivalent, in the applicant’s undergraduate degree program.
OR
· A Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, with a major or minor in Business Studies, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management/Business Information Systems, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale, or its recognized equivalent, in the applicant’s undergraduate degree program.
OR
· A Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent in a non-business or non-psychology field, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in a Business or psychology-related field. Where the candidate has not completed a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma qualification, they will be required to successfully complete a short business bridging course, prior to admission on the MBA Program.

The courses are delivered primarily via instructor-led sessions, with experienced instructors. Some modules may be delivered in a hybrid (face-to-face and online) format, by UK and local teaching staff. Sessions will be fully subject-immersive and will include role-playing and use of CBT tools to augment delivery.
Assessment of academic performance will be through candidate-completed assignments and portfolios of work. The final program outcome is a United Kingdom MBA Degree and Postgraduate Diploma.
