The Master of Education in Educational Leadership program provides graduates with the technical knowledge and skills needed to work as competent educational professionals.

They may be employed as instructors or administrators in universities, colleges or schools.  Successful completion of the program will enable graduates to work in a variety of public and private sector educational establishments.

The program imparts valuable and transferable educational leadership expertise, knowledge and “Teaching and Learning” professionalism, through its emphasis on both theoretical and applied state-of-the-art training.

• Current knowledge and understanding of key areas of the Educational Leadership field, as well as their interrelationships.
• Ability to think critically, and conduct applied research in the educational field.
• Necessary skills needed to succeed as “Teaching and Learning” professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of the educational management field and application of this knowledge across diverse design environments.

Graduates will be able to…

1. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Educational Leadership concepts, practices and tools.
2. Use appropriate tools to solve complex problems in Educational Leadership contexts.
3. Conduct research and critically evaluate arguments, abstract concepts and data, to examine issues in Educational Leadership and “Teaching and Learning” Management.
4. Demonstrate self-development and the ability to work independently and in teams.
5. Make ethical decisions in global and local educational contexts, including issues related to sustainability, risk management and societal responsibility.
6. Effectively communicate in both oral and written forms, in educational contexts.
7. Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the Educational Leadership discipline.

The Master of Education in Special Needs Education program provides students with the technical knowledge and skills needed to work as competent educational professionals in the special needs domain. They may be employed as instructors or administrators in universities, colleges or schools catering for learners with non-typical needs.

This includes teaching learners with autism spectrum, emotional, behavioral, developmental and other congenital learning disabilities.  Successful completion of the program will enable graduates to work in a variety of public and private sector special needs educational establishments. The program offers a mix of theoretical and applied state-of-the-art training in special needs educational provision.

To develop graduates who possess the

• Necessary skills needed to succeed as “Teaching and Learning” professionals for learners with special needs.
