Dr. Peter Mwencha is the Associate Vice-President for Academic Affairs (AVP-AA) for EMBT College. He has more than 15 years of wide-ranging professional experience at institutional, country and international levels in various sectors, including education, ICT and international development.
He is passionate about advancing public interest issues through evidence-based research and policy advocacy in digital economy, economic regulation and consumer protection.
