About this course

EMBT Academy provides student-configurable Postgraduate-level Engineering Masters’ tutoring.  The tutoring may be individualized or conducted for small groups of university students.

Syllabi are cast from the following subject areas –

• Advanced Engineering Mathematics
• Selected Topics in Biomedical Engineering (for MSc or MEng)
• Selected Topics in Civil Engineering (for MSc or MEng)
• Selected Topics in Electrical Engineering (for MSc or MEng)
• Selected Topics in Electronic & Communications Engineering (for MSc or MEng)
• Selected Topics in Industrial Engineering (for MSc or MEng)
• Selected Topics in Mechanical Engineering (for MSc or MEng)
• Engineering Masters’ Project Dissertation Advice and Guidance

The tutored cohort are able to specify the final composition of their syllabus through selections or nominations of topics from the listed subject areas, and may link these selections to their ongoing university Masters’ degree studies.

Tutoring fees are indicated per semester, with semester durations typically lasting 12 weeks.

All teaching sessions are instructor-led, with the classes delivered by expert and experienced instructors.  Our tutors are typically UK or US -qualified Professors and Lecturers, with several years’ experience of teaching the subject matter.  For those candidates preparing for external examinations and tests, we provide multiple practice test drills, sample question papers, mock tests and simulated exams, to ensure readiness for the assessments and enhanced performance.
