Program Structure | Learners must complete the six mandatory units totalling 70 credits. They must complete either Managing Finance in the Public Sector or Financial Decision Making for Managers. A further four or five units totalling a minimum of 50 credits from the list of optional (opt) units must be completed to achieve a minimum of 120 credits for the Diploma. 7.

For learners who have recently been in education or training the entry profile is likely to include one of the following: · prior study in Healthcare Management or related subjects at level 5 or above · a level 5 qualification for example an ATHE Level 5 Diploma in Management for Health and Social Care · other equivalent international qualifications · Learners may also have relevant work experience Language For those whom English is not their first language we recommend the following standards of proficiency in English language skills or an approved equivalent for this qualification: · IELTs 5.5 · Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B2 · Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 162 or above · Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic 42-49

The courses are delivered primarily via instructor-led sessions, with experienced instructors. They are delivered in a hybrid (face-to-face and online) format, by UK and local teaching staff. Sessions will be fully subject-immersive and will include role-playing and use of CBT tools to augment delivery.
Assessment of academic performance will be through candidate-completed assignments and portfolios of work. The final program outcome is a United Kingdom Ofqual qualification.
